Earn 300 points when your referred friend uses their Day Pass at Club Elite or Club Fitness — the first step toward earning an additional 5,000 points if they become a member. To qualify for referral points, you must send your friend a Day Pass through Perkville. Your friend must accept the pass by completing the form, then use the same email address when completing their guest waiver during their visit and check in at the front desk computer. Once those steps are completed, you’ll receive 900 points for the Day Pass visit. If your referred friend goes on to purchase a membership, you will also qualify for the 5,000-point referral bonus. Complimentary Day Passes obtained through clubfitness.us or Perkville are limited to one per year. Referral points are subject to change at any time. See program terms for details.
